Crystal Murray, DDS, is a compassionate and highly skilled dentist who combines an evidence-based approach with a genuine commitment to patient care. Known for her enthusiasm and drive, Dr. Murray continuously seeks out the most advanced training opportunities and technologies to ensure her patients receive the very best dentistry has to offer. Her background in science, art, and medicine has shaped her into a dentist who not only restores health and function but also creates naturally beautiful smiles. Patients appreciate her ability to listen, educate, and deliver results that enhance both their confidence and overall quality of life.

Care Philosophy

Dr. Murray’s enthusiasm drives her to excel in treating patients with the most up-to date treatments using the latest technology. Anyone who knows Dr. Murray can attest to her desire to educate patients and help them achieve their goals however she can. She believes that dentistry is not only about creating attractive smiles but also about building trust, relieving pain, restoring function, and ultimately improving lives.

Her approach is rooted in compassion and a strong sense of responsibility. She takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns and provides them with clear explanations so they can make informed decisions about their dental health. By pursuing advancement programs all across the U.S., Dr. Murray has broadened her perspective and sharpened her skills, always with the goal of providing her patients the greatest level of care available.

Education & Training

Dr. Murray earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical science at Texas A&M University in College Station. While enrolled there, she did research on Purkinje fibers in the brain and fell in love with strong evidence-based medical research, a passion she has carried throughout her dental career.

Dr. Murray attended the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry at the Texas A&M Health Science Center and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery there in 2013. She completed further education in medical emergencies and sedation at The University of Alabama-Birmingham. Furthermore, Dr. Murray maintains her sedation, basic life support (BLS), and advanced cardiothoracic life support (ACLS) certifications in addition to the required continuing education.

Services Offered

Dr. Murray worked in dental and medical offices prior to deciding she wanted to apply to dental school. Throughout her education, cosmetic dentistry was a central focus, although she excelled in all areas. In fact, Dr. Murray won various art awards at a young age, which attests to her eye for detail and delicate hand skills. Driven by her passions for art, science, and helping people naturally, cosmetic dentistry became a passion for her. With her eye for aesthetic detail and knowledge of facial anatomy, Dr. Murray offers a wide range of aesthetic and restorative services, including: In addition, Dr. Murray has completed thousands of successful facial cosmetic injections and BOTOX® Cosmetic cases, and also uses BOTOX® to treat clenching, grinding, and TMJ. She is also experienced in using sleep apnea appliances to extend life expectancy.

She serves on the board of Transplants for Children (TFC), an organization dedicated to supporting organ transplant donors, recipients, and their families. In addition, she has often participated in free dental care events and has been recognized for her commitment to expanding access to quality dentistry. Dr. Murray has also donated her time and skills on dental and medical mission trips, extending compassionate care to communities in need.

Hobbies & Personal Life

Away from the office, Dr. Murray enjoys the Transplants for Children events such as the annual Jazz in July event, the Walk for Life 5K and 10K, and clay shooting and golf tournaments. You may also find her painting, playing volleyball, snow skiing, wakeboarding, hiking, traveling, skydiving, or spending time with family and friends.
